In 2000, we opened a walk-up window on Main Street in Breckenridge with a secret batter recipe and a simple idea: serve real French crêpes, made right in front of you, in the heart of the mountains.
The Cart on Main Street
It started with a walk-up window and a love of the French street food tradition — thin, crispy crêpes made to order on a hot iron griddle. From day one, Main Street Breckenridge smelled a little more like butter and caramelized sugar.
A Secret in the Batter
Our closely guarded batter recipe produces crêpes that are authentically thin and crispy — not the thick, doughy kind you find elsewhere. Visitors who've eaten crêpes in Paris tell us we get it right, and that's the review that really matters.
From One Cart to Three
In 2016, we opened The Crepe Kitchen on South Ridge Street — a cozy brick-and-mortar spot tucked just off the main drag that locals quickly claimed as their own. We've since brought the same crêpes to Frisco's Bluebird Market Hall.
Twenty-Five Years and Counting
From après-ski treats to lazy weekend brunches, our crêpes have woven themselves into the rhythm of mountain life here. With gluten-free and dairy-free options always available, there's a crêpe for everyone at the table.
